This ball of fire is “Spinnaker”, a tiny-but-mighty gelding, feeling quite big for his britches! Sarah Minkiewicz released him to Realistic Equine Sculpture Society (RESS) members many years ago. He had this glorious swoopy Elvis mane & tail. So did all of his brothers. To make this guy stand out in the crowd, I gave him a whole new look! Check out his “old school Appaloosa” spunky-sparse mane & tail! He's on the paint side of the studio, and is being painted to a dun Appaloosa. Please excuse the hair...right on his forehead...sigh...hairs and oil paint! And of course we notice them *after* the photoshoot. Sigh. More and better photos are to come of this little man though, as his progress continues! Stay posted!
